GUACAMOLE SALAD


4 roma tomatoes, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
zest and juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 avocados, diced

mix all the ingredients together (adding the avocado last) and serve immediately.
