1-9 oz pkg refrigerated cheese ravioli
1-9 oz pkg frozen spinach
2 oz cream cheese, softened
2/3 c. coconut milk
1/3 c. vegetable broth
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Cook and drain ravioli as directed on package.
Cook and drain spinach as directed on package.
In a saucepan, mix cream cheese, coconut milk, broth, curry powder, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot.
Mix together pasta and spinach and add sauce over top. Stir to evenly coat.
